09/03/23 - AfriGIS Launches GeoDispatch
AfriGIS, a location based services company, has developed GeoDispatch – a location enabled, resource management and routing software solution for small to medium enterprises (SMEs), enabling them to effectively capture, allocate and manage client service requests.
Magnus Rademeyer, AfriGIS MD, says the solution closes the customer relationship management (CRM) gap experienced by many SMEs, particularly in the services industry.
“For SMEs like electricians, plumbers and security companies, getting their work force which is invariably on the road to clients’ locations to perform the job and close the reporting loop once the job is completed can be a real challenge."
