Step 2: Assign

Type your cellphone number as you will be positioned and a call request will be sent to you. (User must acknowledge that they can be positioned).
The user enters a
cellphone number
and gets the option
to accept the call.
Concent must be

given to be positioned. The user accepts and gets sent the details of the call. A coordinate will be included in the wap page.

Step 3: Complete/Close

Complete / Close
Drive to the incident, execute and complete. The complete is a link or button and takes me straight to the task completion screen, showing the bare minimum details and

accepting a
confirmation that the
task is closed.
If I am still on the
website the task is
displayed as closed and a map is displayed showing where the person was when accepting the call and the actual location of the call.
